Second Samuel 22 is the same as the Psalms 18; and this form of worship is called the "Song of David". It is real good to review and sharpen your spirit when you are down, for this chapter will give you an uplift and make you ready for spiritual combat. It prepares you for those in this world that would try to take advantage of you. When you are lifted up, then the victory will be there also.

II Samuel 22:1 "And David spake unto the Lord the words of this song in the day that the Lord had delivered him out of the hand of all his enemies, and out of the hand of Saul:"

This is David's prayer to the Lord God Almighty, and David's victory songs.

II Samuel 22:2 "And he said, "The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer;"

Don't ever forget this, for a fortress is that which keeps your enemies from getting to you. It is the wall that is built around you when those on the outside seek to do you harm. Even Moses called the Lord his "Rock" the "Song of Moses" in Deuteronomy 32:31; "For their rock is not as our Rock, Even our enemies themselves being judges." The Lord told us in Revelation 15:3 that those that have the victory over the Antichrist will be singing this song in the Millennium age.

Revelation 15:2 "And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over the image and over the mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God."

The "sea of glass mingled with fire" are all those that are of the elect that had the victory over Satan, when he and his system ruled the world. Satan's one world system is here and now, and all the nations of the world are now members of that one world system's charter. It is taking a grip on the people of the world through it's ten agencies, and we are living in the generation that is seeing this beast. Shortly the man Satan shall be here on earth ruling over this beast system. Those that sing this song of Moses in the Millennium are those that had the victory over Satan, because they were prepared to stand against him. Each of them could identify him and his beast system, and did not take the mark of that system, nor fall for the traditions that led to Satan, the false Christ.

Revelation 15:3 "And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, "Great and marvellous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, Thou King of saints."

Those that overcome know the difference between the two rocks. Their rock is Satan, while our Rock is our Lord Jesus Christ. The meaning of this is in that you build your foundation on either sand or a rock. Sand shifts and shakes the foundation, whereas the Rock does not shift, but gives us a firm foundation. Christ is our Rock and firm foundation for our lives, and when we build the foundation of our life on Christ, who is the Word, than we are not shaken with the troubles of life come upon us. God is solid and firm in His Word, and we can count on His Word being true.

II Samuel 22:3 "The God of my rock; in Him will I trust: He is my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge, my Savior; thou savest me from violence."

A man of war is stating these facts, for he knows what it means to trust in his sword and shield, for his life depends on those things when he is a battle. The shield takes the blow from the sword when it is in the enemies hand, and the "horn" is the power, or strength that allows you to combat against the enemy's hand. The "high tower" is where the watchman sits to watch out for the coming of the enemy. God is there watching out for the coming spiritual darts of the enemy, for he can even read the mind of your enemies. The higher the tower, the broader scope of vision for the watchman, and our Heavenly Father is in the highest tower that exists anywhere.

We can apply all of these words of instructions to our generation, the last days of this earth age. The Lord is the only refuge that we can completely count on for our protection, when the false Christ comes to this earth to deceive the entire world. Friend, you had better learn to trust in the Lord completely, for He will be your refuge and Savior. Prove the Lord for when you see that God is faithful to you in the little things and your trust in Him will grow stronger. Even though things will get better, God is going to test you, and allow you to be challenged a little, for in those testings you will grow stronger.

II Samuel 22:4 "I will call on the Lord, Who is worthy to be praised: So shall I be saved from mine enemies."

There are a lot of good people, but God our Heavenly Father is really the only one that is worthy to be praised. Everything and all gifts that you have comes from the Lord, so praise God for them. Our enemies far outnumber us, but that just doesn't matter, for God takes care of those that are against us. He is our shield and protection from their spiritual darts.

Ephesians 6:11 "Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil."

The whole armor of God is the Word of God from Genesis 1:1 to Revelation 22:21. It includes all the prophecies of the end times, for they alert us to the coming of Satan with his fallen angels, as well as what the Kenites, his children will be doing. It tells us what we should be doing, and exactly how the devil will come at us and attack us.

Ephesians 6:12 "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high place."

We can see the wickedness in high places being accepted and overlooked today, all for the sake of a political position, or profits, or what ever the gain. However it is going to get worse. When Satan arrives here on earth, he will dazzle you with his wonders and tricks, and make promises that has only one purpose, and that is to have you worship him as the true Christ. That warfare of the end times is not with guns and tanks, but with words and ideas, and the battlefield will be in your mind. The warfare in our generation has become a mind game, and the battle field that is lost, is your own mind and soul.

Ephesians 6:13 "Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand."

Friend, there is only one way to stand in our generation of the end times and that is to stand with the whole armor, putting it on and in place. You are able to stand when you have an understanding of the entire Word of God, and know what to expect when the events come to pass before our eye. With that knowledge we can identify those happenings and not be taken in by them. When you have done all that you can do in studying God's Word, The Holy Spirit will be that fortress built around you, and He will be the watchtower that keeps a continual watch for your enemies. Today when morals are slipping fast and lies are so many; you don't have to worry about those attacks, for God is in complete control. What is happening today is all part of God's plan, and these events of our day are spelled out in His Word

II Samuel 22:5 "When the waves of death compassed me, The floods of ungodly men made me afraid; "

The "ungodly men" are the "sons of Belial", the sons of Satan called the Kenites, and all those that follow their lies. They create their lies and deceptions, and come at you from every direction, and ways that seem so right. You don't have to worry about them.

II Samuel 22:6 "The sorrows of hell compassed me about; The snares of death prevented me;"

"Snares" are like a web, and the web tightens when the prey enters and entangles itself in the web. The ways of the world bring spiritual death, and when you get caught in those ways, their webs tighten around you. The one thing about a "snare", is that the more you try to fight your way out of the snare, the tighter it grabs on to you. The only way to freedom from the web is to have God set you free from it. That is why we must practice the trust that we have in God. See for yourself the protection that God places around you. God is our Rock and He is worthy of our trust.

II Samuel 22:7 "In my distress I called upon the Lord, And cried to my God: And He did hear my voice out of His temple, And my cry did enter into His ears,"

Many times David did things and acted without consulting the Lord, and in those times when David was in hiding and on the run, he would call out to the Lord for help. God's help was there to bring David through safely. Sure we have seen where David paid a dear price for his errors, but in the end he learned from each of those acts of iniquity. David trusted in the Lord, and he let God know of His love for Him by telling Him. It is important to exercise your trust in the Lord, and tell the Father that you love Him. Do you have a problem that you can't solve? Ask God to help you in that problem, and watch Him work in your life. God can change people into changing their minds.

II Samuel 22:8 "Then the earth shook and trembled; The foundations of heaven moved And shook, because He was wroth."

David was now going back to the first earth age, the time between Genesis 1:1 and 1:2 when the earth shook and all life was taken from the earth. Every foundation of the earth and the heavens shook because of God's wrath. Though you don't remember any of your actions from that earth age, God does, and this second earth age came about because of the rebellion and fall of Satan; to where he brought one third of all of God's children down with him in that rebellion.

God is love, but he also hated sin and disobedience by those that chose to go their own ways. When Satan fell because of his pride, many followed him, and because God would have to destroy those children that followed Satan, He destroyed that earth age instead of His children. This is not reincarnation, for each soul must be born of woman, and enter and go through this earth age once, and it is appointed by God that each soul die but once in the flesh. The flesh that our souls lives in through this earth age are only common to this earth age. This is why there are no specimens of flesh man prior to about eight to ten thousand years. There simply was no man living in the flesh. The earth will shake again just like it did to end the first earth age, during the time of Armageddon and Hamon-gog. That shaking will happen at the sounding of the seventh and final trump.

II Samuel 22:9 "There went up a smoke out of His nostrils, And fire out of His mouth devoured: Coals were kindled by it."

"God is a consuming fire." He is a consuming fire to those that are against Him, but He is not angry at those that love Him. God is angry at our enemy.

II Samuel 22:10 "He bowed the heavens also, and came down; And darkness was under His feet."

Satan is darkness, and Satan was always under His feet, speaking spiritually. One of the times that God came down was recorded in Ezekiel 1, in that vehicle of amber, or highly polished bronze in color. God was there in the Garden of Eden with Adam; and He visited Abraham on the plain as Melchezedek, the king of the Just, and Abraham gave praise and tithe to him.

However, God also came down in the form of man in the flesh, born a baby, and living in the flesh as we do. Jesus the Christ lived a life as a servant, and though innocent, He died on the cross and would not defend himself against the Jewish religious Kenite accusers. That death of our Lord and Savior gives you and I the right to be set free from our sins.

II Samuel 22:11 "And He rode upon a cherub, and did fly: And He was seen upon the wings of the wind."

The "wings of the wind" is the "Ruach" the Holy Spirit. Psalms 104:3; "Who layeth the beams of His chambers in the waters: Who maketh the clouds His chariot: Who walketh upon the wings of the wind."

Psalms 104:4 "Who maketh his angels spirits; His minister a flaming fire:"

These ministers that make a difference and preach the Word. They are testing things by God's fire to decide whether things are good or bad.

Psalms 104:5 "Who laid the foundations of the earth, That it should not be removed for ever."

Even though God shakes this earth from time to time, this earth is still His eternal home. At the end of this age of the flesh and the Millennium age that follows, comes the Great white throne judgment, and then the entire Godhead will return to earth for the eternity. Ministers of fire are not those that seek popularity, or those that strive to be accepted by all men; but they are the ones that seek to teach the entire Word of God, Chapter upon Chapter, and verse by verse. The truth from God's holy Word is what starts the fire in a man's mind and the Holy Spirit does the consuming by that Word.

II Samuel 22:12 "And He made darkness pavilions round about Him, Dark waters, and thick clouds of the skies."

God blinded the people from seeing Him in a sense, that His Spirit only reveals the truth to those that have the eyes to see the truth with understanding. It is up to you whether you have the eyes to see, whether you trust Him, or are biblically illiterate or not.

II Samuel 22:13 "Through the brightness before Him were coals of fire kindled."

The Holy Spirit kindles the coals of fire within your mind, and when you can see the truths, your heart is warmed by that Spirit. That same fire that gives us warmth and comfort, burns our enemies. Remember that this was prayer that David is giving to the Lord.

II Samuel 22:14 "The Lord thundered from heaven, And the Most High uttered His voice."

II Samuel 22:15 "And He sent out arrows, and scattered them; Lightning, and discomfited them."

Remember in Ezekiel 39:1-3, that time when Esau [or the Russians] come against God's people? It is God alone that knocks the arrows from the sky that they send their planes and missiles our way, and those arrows fall from the sky harmless. God does it with "giant hailstones weighing a talent", or up to one hundred eighty pounds each.

II Samuel 22:16 "And the channels of the sea appeared, The foundations of the world were discovered, At the rebuking of the Lord, At the blast of the breath of His nostrils."

This means that God is mad and His wrath has been brought to the boiling point. God is going to be shaking the earth again.

II Samuel 22:17 "He sent from above, He took me; He drew me out of many waters;"

"Waters" are symbolic of "many peoples" [nations], and "He drew me out of many peoples". This is talking about those that trust him. If you trust in the Lord then you are the one that He draws out of many people. If you have eyes to see with understanding and you love the Father, then this is speaking of you.

II Samuel 22:18 "He delivered me from my strong enemy, And from them that hated me: for they were too strong for me."

It doesn't matter one bit if the whole world hates me, or hates our heavenly Father. Our Father is creator of all things, and that includes our enemies. He controls all things and that also includes our enemies. He sees and understands their plots against you before their words that are formed in their minds can even reach their lips. It doesn't matter how many their numbers are, for you and God make a majority.

This is part of the "key of David", for David was protected, and he was given the ability to walk into the cave where Saul was sleeping, and Saul and his army kept right on sleeping. The war is between God and Satan, and Satan is the "strong enemy". The enemy has limits that he can go, and Jesus Christ gave us the power over Satan and all his workers and evil spirits and all those limits Satan is restricted to. However it is up to you to command Satan and his evil spirits out of your life. When you claim the name of Jesus Christ and use the power that he has given us "in Jesus' name", Satan has to go when you use that power. It isn't you that does the chasing, but our Father, for Satan moves at His command.

II Samuel 22:19 "They prevented me in the day of my calamity: But the Lord was my stay,"

II Samuel 22:20 "He brought me forth also into a large place: He delivered me, because He delighted in me."

There is a lot more here than we see at a glance. When "He brought me forth into a large place", it was a safe place. That is the place where the two witness will be delivered up at the end of this earth age. They are delivered up to bare witness against Satan, and when the witnesses speak, the world will listen. It is the Holy Spirit that speaks through them, as it is written in Mark 13:11.

Mark 13:11 "But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought before-hand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost."

When you have a new car, you like to show it off. When you have a new coat, you wear it because you are proud of it. The Lord is proud of you, He delights in presenting you before the world, only when He presents you to the world, He is the one that does the speaking through your body and mind. We study the Word to place His Words in our minds, and when it come time to use those Words, the Spirit of God will bring them to our remembrance. That is why we need not think on what or how we should word something, for His Spirit places the words in our mouth. God takes care of those that delight Him. He like to show you off, and that is your sole reason for even existing.

Revelation 4:11 "Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for Thou hast created all things, and for Thy pleasure they are and were created."

Your reason for existing is to give God pleasure. Have you told Him you love Him lately?

II Samuel 22:21 "The Lord rewarded me according to my righteousness: According to the cleanness of my hands hath He recompensed me."

Stop and think for a moment, for your "hands" symbolize your "works". The "mark in the right hand" indicates who you are giving service to. So this is saying that God rewards you for those righteous acts and words that you do and say for the Father. Have you planted any seeds of thought lately? What work have you done for the Father? This says that Father "recompensed" you "according to the cleanness of the work" that you do for Him. You are paid in answered prayer according to the works that you do for the Father. This is not speaking about Salvation, but blessings and answered prayer; about rewards for service rendered.

II Samuel 22:22 "For I have kept the ways of the Lord, And have not wickedly departed from my God."

In other words, "I follow Him because I love and trust Him, and don't depart from His ways when the going gets tough." Because we are all sinners and in the flesh we will fall short from time to time, but that does not keep us from following Him. When we study in the Word and follow in the Word, it brings God's blessings to us.

II Samuel 22:23 "For all His judgments were before me: And as for His statutes, I did not depart from them."

Many of God judgment are listed in Deuteronomy 28, as well as throughout the entire Scripture. Those "judgments" are promises, that if you do this certain work, He will do the following. There are blessings and cursings to God's judgments, for when you obey His Word, you fall under the blessings and when you disobey you can expect the cursings. We must learn those Statutes and follow them the best that we can. God gave them to us to give us a better and healthy life here in our flesh bodies.

II Samuel 22:24 "I was also upright before Him, And have kept myself from mine iniquity."

David is saying that he did his best to keep himself from iniquity.

II Samuel 22:25 "Therefore the Lord hath recompensed me according to my righteousness; According to my cleanness in His eye sight."

God rewards those that love him and obey him, and those rewards are according to the righteousness that He sees us do. It is His eye sight that matters, and not the sight of those people around you. He knows the intent of your heart and mind, and he knows why do did those works. Were your works done for Him, or some other reason?

Because Christ paid the price on the cross; now when we repent in Jesus' name we become as white as snow, and all those sins are blotted out before the throne of God. The record of those sins are just as if they had never existed. This is why "According to my cleanness in His eye sight" is important. The church and family may throw those sins back in your face, but before the Father you are spotless. Remember that the accuser is Satan, and those that accuse you after you have repented and hold those sins against you, are doing the work of the accuser. Many times though, even after repentance there is a price to pay for those things that you have done. You can repent of being drunk, but the old body still hast to suffer the hang over. You can repent of many crimes, but the trial here on earth still hast to happen. However, the stain of sin on your heart before the Father has been removed. In God's sight you are pure.

II Samuel 22:26 "With the merciful Thou wilt shew Thyself merciful, And with the upright man Thou wilt shew Thyself upright."

You make the arrangements for the treatment that other give you. If you are merciful, than they will be merciful to you, if you are upright than other will be upright to you. You can expect from others what they have received from you. Your neighbors in the new neighborhood will be just like the neighbors you left in the old neighborhood. If you treat them the same way, than expect the same respect in return.

II Samuel 22:27 "With the pure Thou wilt shew thyself pure; And with the froward thou wilt shew thyself unsavoury."

This is saying that you write yourself your own ticket in life. You will be just as you want to be before others. If you desire to be looked upon as pure, than you have to earn that right in your actions before them. This also goes the other way, if you act in a froward or fighting manner in facing others, than they will look upon you as an unsavory person. It is you that sets the standard for your life. If you set high standards in your life and those standards are crossed by others; then those that crossed that line know that you are willing to stand your ground and contend with them when they violate those standards against you. Friend, as Christians we ought always to be willing to contend with our enemy when they come against us with malice.

We follow the standard that Christ laid down for us, and when His house of worship went out of order, Jesus took a cat of nine tail [a whip} and let the money changers and merchandisers have it. He whipped them out of the temple and threw their money tables and infested birds out after them. God expects action when it is called for. God's people are always ready to "contend with the unsavoury". If you study God's Word to the point that you know Satan well and can contend with him, Satan will start the lies about you through his people; but so what? What does it matter to you? The only thing that matters is what your Father thinks of you, "According to my cleanness in His eye sight", That is what matters.

II Samuel 22:28 "And the afflicted people thou wilt save : But thine eye are upon the haughty, That Thou mayest bring them down."

There are many today that claim to be Christians and even hold positions of authority within their church houses, but are biblically illiterate. The claim to be something that they are not. They judge other on matters that they have no Scriptural knowledge of, and God is going to hold each of them accountable for what they do. If you claim to be an authority within the house of God, than study to show yourself approved to God in your judgments. What did God say about the matter, and that is the standard that you hold.

When the religious leaders brought the lady caught in adultery, though she had repented, they held that against her. What did Jesus say in the matter, "Go and sin no more." I'm sure those things that Jesus wrote on the ground, where things that Jesus had against each of them, and He let them know that they also had sins in their lives. From the oldest to the youngest, they departed from Jesus, leaving only Jesus and the lady standing. Did Jesus accuse her? No, He said that He neither would hold that sin against her.

II Samuel 22:29 "For Thou art my lamp, O Lord: And the Lord will lighten my darkness."

This is a matter of being a child of the day or night. When does the thief come? He comes in the darkness.

I Thessalonians 5:3 "For when they shall say, "Peace and safety;" Then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape."

When the people of the darkness say "Peace and safety", watch out for the time of the end is near.

I Thessalonians 5:4 "But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief."

I Thessalonians 5:5 "Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness."

I Thessalonians 5:6 "Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober."

Their is no way that a thief could slip up on you because you have God's light and protection around you. There is no way for Satan to work his wild spiritual darts into your life, without you knowing that he is going to pay a price for it. If you are spiritually awake, you will not allow Satan's works or deeds to get near to you, for you will order them out of your life.

II Samuel 22:30 "For by Thee I have run through a troop: by my God have I leaped over a wall."

God gives us both physically and spiritually a mind that is sharp when you study His Word and gain the wisdom that is in it. It is that wisdom that allows us to "run through a troop...and leap over a wall". It doesn't matter how many there are that come against you, for God will give you the victory. It doesn't matter what obstacles that they try to ensnare you with, because God clears the way for you.

II Samuel 22:31 "As for God, His way is perfect; The word of the Lord is tried: He is a buckler to all them that trust in Him."

We all make mistakes from time to time, but God's ways are always perfect. The Word of the Lord has been tested over many thousands of years, and it always comes up perfect. Again there is a qualification to receive God's blessings, and that test is whether we trust in the Lord or not. When David's men went into battle, the buckler was the small shield that the soldier held in one hand for protection, while he swung the sword with the other. God is our shield when we go into close spiritual battles, when the enemy attacks in hand to hand, or face to face spiritual battle. Jesus Christ is that shield, and when you trust Him, that shield goes up to protect us against those spiritual darts of the devil. Satan will not attack you, for if you are obedient in the Word, you know how to handle Satan. Luke 10:18-20 tells us that we have power over our enemies.

II Samuel 22:32 "For who is God, save the Lord? And who is a rock, save our God?"

Building on the Rock Jesus Christ gives you a firm foundation, that is not shaken. God is going to shake this world at the end of this dispensation, and if you are on that Rock, you will be safe. God is our Rock, and Satan is a false rock.

II Samuel 22:33 "God is my strength and power: And He maketh my way perfect."

The only perfection that we will obtain is when each of us take on Christ's perfection, by believing in Him, and our repentance in the name of Jesus. A way is a path, and the path is laid out in the Word of God. God's way is given clearly in God's Word. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth and the life. No man cometh to the Father but by Me."

II Samuel 22:34 "He maketh my feet like hinds' feet: And setteth me upon my high places."

When you follow God's way, you will obtain the wisdom that allows you stay clear of those pitfalls of the world.

II Samuel 22:35 "He teacheth my hands to war; So that a bow of steel is broken by mine arms."

II Samuel 22:36 "Thou hast also given me the shield of Thy salvation: And Thy gentleness had made me great."

God directs us even in the military actions that we must face as a nation. He expects us to protect ourselves, and our loved ones. Yet we are expected to be gentle, and through our gentleness God has made his people a great nation. However when we do enter into battle, God is there to go before us, when we do things God's way.

II Samuel 22:37 "Thou hast enlarged my steps under me; So that my feet did not slip."

God teaches us how to get the job done because we know the truth. He multiplies our ways in the things that we do.

II Samuel 22:38 "I have pursued mine enemies, and destroyed them; And turned not again until I had consumed them."

In the past we have been great in winning wars because God was with us when we went to battle. It is God's strength that accomplishes victory.

II Samuel 22:39 "And I have consumed them, and wounded them, that they could not arise:"

David was making a statement as to the enemies that he has consumed and destroyed. They were put down so that they would not rise again.

II Samuel 22:40 "For Thou hast girded me with strength to battle: Them that rose up against me hast Thou subdued under me."

David knew that God gave him the battle when he had a victory, and David gave God the praise for each of his victories. Even though David was far outnumbered, he had his ten thousands that he subdued, while Saul had his thousands. David was successful because God went before him.

II Samuel 22:41 "Thou hast also given me the necks of mine enemies, that I might destroy them that hate me."

"Given me the neck", means that David had an easy kill. God went before him to make the enemy mentally unstable, and God helped in natural ways. God used the natural ways of earthquakes, rain storms, and other means, and the enemy was given into the hands of David. God pointed out the weak spots, and David took advantage of those instructions. It is not hard to win when God is there leading the way.

II Samuel 22:42 "They looked, but there was none to save; Even unto the Lord, but He answered them not."

The enemy looks around but are blind to those that they expect see. God allows their minds to get diverted, and closes His ear to their pleas. This is going to happen very shortly when the Antichrist appears on earth. Many Christians will run to Satan for they think that he is the Christ to come and rapture them away. However shortly thereafter when the true Christ comes, they will know the error that they have made. They will find out to late that their service was given to the devil, and the Lord then will have nothing to do with them.

II Samuel 22:43 "Then did I beat them as small as the dust of the earth, I did stamp them as the mire of the street, And spread them abroad."

David is speaking of victory.

II Samuel 22:44 "Thou also hast delivered me from the strivings of my people, thou hast kept me to be head of the heathen: a people which I knew not shall serve me."

This is speaking of the Millennium age, for on the first day of the Millennium kingdom of Christ every knee will bow to Christ, and most of these people have never heard of David. However, David will also have his revered place in Christ's kingdom.

II Samuel 22:45 "Strangers shall submit themselves unto me: As soon as they hear, they shall be obedient unto me."

As it is written in Revelation 3:10, all the people will come and worship and Christ's feet, even the Kenite.

Revelation 3:9 "Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee."

This is just as true of David as it is for you when you love and trust Christ, and remain true to him during the time of the Temptation. They will worship at your feet also because you are at the feet of Christ.

Revelation 3:10 "Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world , to try them that dwell upon the earth."

II Samuel 22:46 "Strangers shall fade away, And they shall be afraid out of their close places."

II Samuel 22:47 "The Lord liveth; and blessed be my rock; And exalted be the God of the rock of my salvation."

You can trust Him, and you can count on Him.

II Samuel 22:48 "It is God That avengeth me, And That bringeth down the People under me,"

Anyone that comes against God and His army of believers are losers.

II Samuel 22:49 "And That bringeth me forth from mine enemies: Thou also hast lifted me up on high above them that rose up against me: Thou hast delivered me from the violent man."

When you use common sense, He always will see you through those trying times.

II Samuel 22:50 "Therefore I will give thanks unto Thee, O lord, among the heathen, And I will sing praises unto thy name."

God gives us our power, or strength and His perfect way comes from our Heavenly Father. Follow it!

II Samuel 22:51 "He is the tower of salvation for His king: And sheweth mercy to His to his Anointed, Unto David, and to his seed for evermore."

God's tower of strength through Jesus Christ will be our protection even through the eternity. His love and protection will never stop, not in this earth age, nor the Millennium age, or into the eternity.
