"To the chief Musician upon Shushan-eduth [the Lilly of Testimony]." This Psalm is the "lily of the Testimony", it is the Testimony of our Lord Jesus Christ, the "Lilly of the valley". In the title, "Michtam of David, to teach; when he strove with Aram-naharaim and with Aram-zobah, when Joab returned, and smote of Edom in the valley of salt twelve thousand." A long title, and as we read before, "Michtam" means a golden Psalms, a Psalm to be inscribed in your mind and memory. It is given to teach us in a prophetic sense of these end times.

"Aram-naharaim" in the Hebrew means "Mesopotamia or Syria"; and "Aram-zoab" means "a station". Remember that Edom in the Hebrew are the Russian people of today, the offspring of the Edomites. "Edom" in the Hebrew tongue means "red", and was one of the names for Esau, the twin brother of Jacob, the father of the tribes of Israel. The land of Edom was claimed by Esau, and one of the promises from Genesis 27, and Esau's people would become a great nation in the end times. A nation that would live by the sword and die by the sword. Even to this day the Edomites or Russians fly the red banner.

The Story of this battle that claimed the lives of the 12,000 Edomites is given in 2 Samuel 8:12, 13, and I Chronicles 18:12. This great battle that took all those lives of those Edomites, should remind us of the great battle of Ezekiel 38 and 39 with Russia and her allies, that will claim the lives of so many as they attack the tribes of the House of Israel in the land of Alaska just prior to the Seventh trump. That battle is known as the battle of Hamon-gog as recorded in Ezekiel 39:1-17, and it will close out this age of flesh man for we move directly into the Millennium age of Christ's kingdom here on earth. .

Psalms 60:1 "O God, Thou hast cast us off, Thou hast scattered us, Thou hast been displeased; O turn Thyself to us again."

In the prophetic sense, God would be displeased with our people of the tribes of the house of Israel and Judah, for turning our back to Him, and the heritage of our past. Today most are taught that the past is not important, and the whole word is not for them, yet they center their lives around one segment of the milk of the Word and leave all the warnings go by the way-side. Most Christians today really don't care of God plan for this earth age, and what He expects of His children. Most Christians today simply don't know the difference between the two Christ's coming, and they will follow the false Christ Satan.

Psalms 60:2 "Thou hast made the earth to tremble; Thou hast broken it: Heal the breaches thereof; for it shaketh."

That one world system has taken shape today and all the nations of the world have signed on to its charter, and follow the United Nations ten agencies. Yet even with this system in place, everything is shaky, for with the mad cow diseases, and all the other troubles going on; one religious system trying to force itself on another, it is on the verge of breaking up. With war on the doorstep, everyone is running around frightened and unsure of tomorrow. The only ones that are sure of the future, are those that have their feet on the rock, Jesus Christ and have a firm foundation in the Word of God. God has informed His own of those events that we are to look out for, and given instructions for these end times.

Psalms 60:3 "Thou hast shewed Thy people hard things: Thou hast made us to drink the wine of astonishment."

God has allowed His people to see hard times, and tremble at times over the events of the day. However He will not make us drink that "cup of dregs", that those that are deceived shall drink of. It is important that you stay in His Word, and stay separated from the people of this world, as the anxiety of the unknown builds in these end times, and overtakes them. What are you worried about, God has promised that He will take care of you when you trust Him. Remember that last Chapter? He promised that He would put His wings out and give you protection when you need it. You just walk under it and receive His blessings.

Psalms 60:4 "Thou hast given a banner to them that fear Thee, That it may be displayed because of the truth. Selah."

God has given a banner to all those that reverence God and His ways. So what is this banner that is given for truth? "Truth" as used in the Hebrew text is "koshet", and it is "faithfulness". The banner is given for your faithfulness to the Father while Satan is here on earth and throughout your life in all that you do and say. The "Banner of truth" is Christ, for He is our standard and banner. Then we have Selah, stop and meditate on what has been said. This "Selah" is connecting the gift with the great and important object of that gift or banner.

Psalms 60:5 "That Thy beloved may be delivered; Save with Thy right hand, and hear me."

When you fix and put your trust in Him, He will deliver you and keep you safe from the evil one, Satan the Antichrist.

Psalms 60:6 "God hath spoken in His holiness; I will rejoice, I will divide Shechem, and mete out the valley of Succoth."

The "Shechem" means "the shoulder bond or back bone"; while "Succoth" are the booths that the Israelites were to live in ones a year in remembrance of their time in the wilderness.

Psalms 60:7 "Gilead is mine, and Manasseh is mine; Ephraim also is the strength of mine head; Judah is my lawgiver;"

Gilead and Manasseh are on the east bank of the Jordan river. Ephraim was the tribe that controlled the west bank or west side of the Jordan, and Judah is God's law giver. God is talking about nations here, and where they will stand in the end times.

Psalms 60:8 "Moab is my washpot; Over Edom will I cast out my shoe: Philistia, triumph thou because of me."

"Moab is my footbath", in the Hebrew text. Moab means "of his own father", our kind of people for they are kin to Abraham, and even look like Israelites. However God says that He is going to use them as His footbath. Over Russia [Edom] will I cast out My shoe. And even in Palestine the Palestine's will have many successes because of God's mercy to them and using them for the purpose of His plan. God's plan in prophecy will be fulfilled.

Psalms 60:9 "Who will bring me into the strong city? Who will lead me into Edom?"

The "Strong city" is Jerusalem. David is referring to Numbers 24:16-25.

Numbers 24:16 "He hath said, which heard the words of God, And knew the knowledge of the Most High, Which saw the vision of the Almighty, Falling into a trance, but having his eyes open:"

God was speaking to Balaam's and showing him this vision.

Numbers 24:17 "I shall see Him, but not now: I shall behold Him, but not nigh: There shall come a Star out of Jacob, And a Sceptre shall rise out of Israel, And shall smite the corners of Moab, And destroy all the children of Sheth."

Numbers 24:18 "And Edom shall be a possession, Seir also shall be a possession for his enemies; And Israel shall do valiantly."

Russia is here again, Edomites of our generation are the Russians. Seir is also peoples of Esau and part of southern Russia of today.

Numbers 24:19 "Out of Jacob shall come He that shall have dominion, And shall destroy him that remaineth of the city.' "

Numbers 24:20 "And when he looked on Amalek, he took up his parable, and said, "Amalek was the first of the nations; But his latter end shallbe that he perish for ever."

Numbers 24:21 "And he looked on the Kenites, and took "Strong is thy dwellingt place, And thou puttest thy nest in a rock."

Here the sons of Cain are presented, those children of Satan, born through the womb of Eve. They are the ones that cause most of the trouble today, in this end generation.

Numbers 24:22 "Nevertheless the Kenite shall be wasted, Until Asshur shall carry thee away captive."

In most translation it reads "Cain", and not "Kenite". This day of Asshur is cleanup day, when this earth age of the flesh is over. The title at the beginning of this Psalms brings out Edom's fall in the end times. The fall of Rosh, tied to the fall of the Kenites. It is going to happen exactly as God has told us that it would.

Numbers 24:23 "And he took up his parable, and said, "Alas, who shall live when God doeth this!"

Numbers 24:24 "And ships shall come from the coast of Chittim. And shall afflict Asshur, and shall afflict Eber, and he also shall perish for ever."

Numbers 24:25 "And Balaam rose up, and went and returned to his place: and Balak also went his way."

Psalms 60:10 "Wilt not Thou, O God, Which hadst cast us off? And Thou, O God, Which didst not go out with our armies?"

Every time we bring God into battle with us and our army, we have the victory. However today we have allow some international force take over our armed services to where we just do not win wars anymore. The enemy looks upon us as a paper tiger, and not the fierce force we of God's people use to be. In the past half century, we have been fighting no win wars. We walk away from the conflict, and nobody wins.

Psalms 60:11 "Give us help from trouble: For vain is the help of man."

Which salvation would you rather have, the salvation of God, or some man's promises that are for sure to be broken.

Psalms 60:12 "Through God we shall do valiantly: For He it is That shall tread down our enemies."

"To the chief Musician upon Neginah [Smitings]."

When we bring God into our battles we shall win. We shall have the victory over our enemies. It isn't us that gets the victory, but He, God that went before us and prepared the enemy for battle giving us the victory.

If you have any doubt who is will be that wins the war of Hamon-gog, the final battle with Russia and her allies, it is God. Ezekiel 39:1-6 documents this in detail. In verse one, "Behold, I am against thee..." ,Verse 2 "I will turn thee back and leave but the sixth part of thee... verse 3 "I will smite thy bow..." Verse 4 "...I will give thee to the ravenous birds of every sort,..." Verse 5 "....For I have spoken it, saith the Lord God." And in verse 6 "And I will send a fire on Magog, and among them that dwell carelessly in the isles: and they shall know that I am the Lord."

It will not be our victory at the close of this earth age, but the Almighty God. He will have the victory and the peoples of the earth will know He is the true God.
